  Not for the weak stomach if you're having the House Spicy Pot. Overall an average score on food quality and taste. Prepare to wait a bit as they take quite a while to bring you the ingredients you ordered. That's all fine and peachy, but what really bothered me was that they don't always give you what you ordered. This is when I miss the buffet the most. By the way, I liked their fresh thick noodle. It's a must try. A word of advise, do not drink the soup straight out of the pot. It's incredibly salty. Drink it only after a couple of "replenishments ".

  Their service got even worse when they switched to AYCE. It was hard to get any server's attention and when you do, they will probably forget. It took us asking 2-3 people each time to finally get what we wanted. If items are out of stock, they won't let you know - you just won't get it. Odds are also pretty good you won't get the exact amount of orders of whatever item you order, but usually they'll at least bring all the available items. It might take a few trips if they're behind on slicing meat, so don't worry if they only drop off half your order and leave without explanation - they'll come back with the rest when it's ready. I even had to refill our waters myself by walking to the lobby where they had a dispenser since we couldn't get anyone's attention (they get better about this once it dies down). Luckily, food was still good and I definitely still recommend the food and will still come back. However, the service and management was abysmal. You do get a $5 coupon if you finish all your food (this was for dinner), but if you don't remind them, you probably won't get it.

  I must have caught it on a good night because it was not as busy as it could have been. I appreciate the spacious layout. Food was great. Sirloin was delicious as was the sesame bread. Servers could be more attentive
